Thank you for shopping with Goal Green World. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery of physical products purchased from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Singapore (all areas including Sentosa, Jurong Island, and other offshore islands — additional lead time may apply)
- Malaysia
- Southeast Asia (selected countries — contact us to confirm availability)
- International shipping available upon request for bulk/commercial orders
3. Delivery Timeframes
🇸🇬 Singapore — Standard Delivery
2–5 business days from dispatch · Free for orders above S$100 · S$8 flat fee for orders below S$100
🇸🇬 Singapore — Express Delivery
Next business day (order by 12pm) · S$15 flat fee · Available for selected products only
🌏 Regional (MY / SEA)
5–14 business days · Shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
🌍 International / Bulk Orders
15–30 business days · Contact us for a freight quote · Minimum order quantities may apply
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-demand periods (e.g. festive seasons).
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted logistics partners including:
- Ninja Van (Singapore local delivery)
- J&T Express (regional deliveries)
- SingPost (standard mail/parcels)
- DHL / FedEx (international and commercial freight)
Carrier selection depends on product type, weight, and destination.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@goalgreen.world.
6. Fragile & Special Items
Certain products — including our Phleeya Eternal Flower arrangements — are packaged with extra care due to their fragile nature. These items may have a longer processing time of up to 3–5 business days. All fragile products are shipped with protective packaging and are clearly labelled for careful handling.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional shipping fee
- Unclaimed parcels held for more than 14 days may be cancelled and refunded (less the original shipping cost)
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at info@goalgreen.world
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
9. Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Goal Green World is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
